Shift Manager – Kulcha Patola
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day shift-wise restaurant operations.
Ensure strict implementation of Kulcha Patola SOPs across service and operations.
Supervise, train, and schedule team members during assigned shifts.
Monitor food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely service recovery.
Control inventory, wastage, and operational costs during shifts.
Ensure outlet hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety compliance.
Oversee billing accuracy, cash handling, and shift reports.
Drive upselling, add-on sales, and local store-level promotions.
Coordinate with Restaurant Manager and central teams for smooth operations.
Perform any other duties as instructed by the management.
