Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day café operations and staff.
Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reporting.
Train, motivate, and supervise café staff.
Drive sales and implement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
3–8 years of experience in café, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems preferred.
