We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to assist the Chefs in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the food industry and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Assist the Chef and Commis II in basic food preparation tasks.
Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas.
Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies.
Support in receiving and organizing stock.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area.
Help with dishwashing and maintaining cleanliness during service hours.
Prior experience in the food industry is mandatory.
Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
Understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
Basic food handling knowledge.
