Key Responsibilities:
1. Guest Service & Experience
Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables (if applicable).
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., ingredients, preparation methods).
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Ensure timely and correct service of orders.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when required.
Ensure guests leave with a positive dining experience.
2. Operational Duties
Set up tables and maintain cleanliness of dining area.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.
Assist in billing and payment collection (cash/card/UPI).
Maintain grooming and hygiene standards at all times.
3. Hygiene & Compliance
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Ensure personal grooming as per company policy.
Maintain cleanliness of service stations and equipment.
Adhere to company policies and discipline guidelines.
4. Team Coordination
Work closely with team members for smooth operations.
Participate in daily briefings and training sessions.
Support colleagues during peak hours.
