We are looking for a Fast Food Helper to join our team at Modak Mantri to provide excellent online service in our cloud kitchen. In this role, you will take online orders from swiggy/zomato, steam/fry & pack food and beverages as requested and ensure quick readying of the parcel for swiggy/zomato guys to take it along with them. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 and a friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Take accurate/correct food and beverage orders online from Pet Pooja software (we will give you all training).
Steam or Fry readymade frozen iteams and keep the parcel ready and give to Swiggy/Zomato delivery guys. (Even if you don't know how to steam and fry, we will give you training).
Maintain cleanliness of the area.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is to know how to operate laptop and 0 - 5 years of experience. They must have basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.
