Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Cafe Manager to manage daily cafe operations, supervise staff, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, and ensure excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily cafe operations and staff performance.
- Supervise kitchen and service teams.
- Handle inventory, stock management, and vendor coordination.
- Monitor sales, billing, and daily reports.
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage staff attendance, shifts, and discipline.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree required.
- Previous experience in cafe, restaurant, or hotel management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
