Role Overview This paid internship targets fresh graduates or students excelling in Adobe Premiere Pro to edit engaging short-form videos for social media platforms like YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and other short media platforms. The role focuses on transforming raw footage into compelling content that drives viewer retention and aligns with financial education branding. Interns will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced content creation environment. Key Responsibilities ● Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, including trimming, adding transitions, effects, subtitles, and optimizing for short-form formats (Reel/Shorts). ● Enhance videos with color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics (After Effects a plus), and platform-specific adjustments for maximum engagement. ● Collaborate with content creators on storyboarding, scripting feedback, and iterating based on team input to ensure brand consistency. ● Organize video assets, maintain archives, and assist in basic shooting or logging when needed. ● Deliver edited videos on deadlines, focusing on viral strategies like quick cuts, zooms, and hooks for Gen-Z audiences. Requirements ● Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; familiarity with After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve is advantageous. ● Strong understanding of short-form video trends: fast pacing, clear messaging, keyframe animations, and removal of silences for high retention. ● Creative storytelling skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative, deadline-driven team. ● Basic portfolio of edited short videos preferred; passion for financial or educational content is a plus. ● Excellent communication, time management, and English/Hindi fluency for bilingual content.
