Key Responsibilities:
- Edit long-form videos for YouTube and short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube
Shorts, and Facebook
- Ensure all videos follow latest trends, platform algorithms, and content guidelines
- Work creatively and independently from concept to final delivery
- Be an active part of the creative team and contribute ideas for content strategy and growth
- Take responsibility for YouTube and social media channel growth
- Design creative and high-CTR thumbnails
- Create newsletters end-to-end (design, visuals, and layout – not just content)
- Design graphics for newsletters, marketing campaigns, and social media
- Create attractive PPTs, GIFs, and PNG creatives
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns and brand communication
- Maintain consistency in company branding across all digital assets
- Use AI tools, including ChatGPT, to improve creativity and productivity
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
