About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with experience in video storytelling, motion graphics, and digital content. The role involves creating engaging videos for campaigns, social media, and digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) – Critical Focus

1. Video Editing & Production (Critical)

·       Edit raw footage into polished short-form and long-form videos for campaigns, social media, and digital promotions

·       Ensure videos are visually compelling, cohesive, and aligned with brand identity

2. Motion Graphics & Design

·       Integrate motion graphics, text overlays, basic animations, and sound design

·       Apply fundamental graphic design principles (typography, color, layout) to all video assets

3. Brand Consistency & Quality Control (Critical)

·       Maintain visual and thematic consistency across all platforms

·       Perform thorough quality checks before final delivery

4. Collaboration & Campaign Alignment

·       Work closely with content, marketing, and design teams to translate campaign objectives into engaging video content

·       Implement feedback efficiently and maintain clear communication

5. Technology & AI Integration

·       Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing tools

·       Leverage AI-assisted tools (e.g., Runway, Pictory, Descript) for ideation, editing efficiency, and content enhancement

6. Project Management & Timely Delivery (Critical)

·       Handle multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality

·       Meet strict deadlines and ensure proper documentation of work

Required Skills & Tools

• Strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and basic graphic design

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva)

• Familiarity with AI-assisted video tools for editing and content creation

• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling skills

• Ability to handle multiple projects with tight timelines

Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics
