🎬 VIRTUAL REELS CONTENT PRODUCER
₹12,000–₹20,000/month | Full-Time / Long-Term

We are looking for a highly creative Short-Form Content Producer who understands Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, trends, hooks, memes and viral content.

IMPORTANT: We are NOT looking for someone who only knows video editing.

We want someone who can:
🔥 Find emerging trends
💡 Create viral reel concepts
🎯 Write powerful hooks
🎬 Edit high-retention Reels
🎵 Identify suitable trending audio
📝 Create captions and on-screen text
📱 Understand Instagram audience behaviour
📊 Analyse performance
🔄 Recreate successful formats with new concepts

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Research Instagram trends daily
• Generate new reel concepts
• Edit approximately 20–30 short-form videos/month
• Create hooks for the first 1–3 seconds
• Add captions, subtitles, sound effects and graphics
• Adapt trends to our perfume brands
• Study competitor content
• Track reel performance
• Identify winning formats
• Continuously improve future content
