Mass Communication & Digital Content Executive

Job Description

IICPA Institute is looking for a creative, confident, and enthusiastic Mass Communication candidate to manage digital content creation, video production, social media promotion, and online brand building.

The candidate will help promote IICPA's professional courses in Accounting, Tally, GST, Income Tax, HR & Payroll, and other career-oriented programs through engaging educational videos and digital marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, shoot, and edit educational videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.

• Manage and publish content on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Perform anchoring, on-camera presentations, podcasting, and interviews with trainers and industry experts.

• Record and edit online lectures, course demonstrations, webinars, and student testimonials.

• Develop creative video scripts, content ideas, thumbnails, posters, and promotional creatives.

• Plan social media calendars and execute online course promotion campaigns.

• Handle YouTube SEO, video titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails, and channel growth activities.

• Create content for course admissions, workshops, student success stories, and placement updates.

• Support website content, blogs, WhatsApp community engagement, and digital advertising creatives.

• Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and course enquiries.

• Research industry trends and develop new ideas to improve IICPA's online presence.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Good communication, anchoring, and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital content trends.

• Basic photography, videography, lighting, and audio recording skills.

• Creative thinking, scriptwriting, and storytelling abilities.

• Knowledge of YouTube SEO, social media analytics, and digital promotion.

• Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.

Preferred: Candidates with a Mass Communication, Journalism, or Media Production background who are comfortable appearing on camera and creating educational content.
