Job Overview

Zeuron.ai is hiring Health Support Associates who understand basic human anatomy and can assist users in using our health-tech product. The role involves field visits, user training, and guiding people through gamified healing programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers and guide them on using the company’s health-tech product

• Train users on gamified health and healing programs

• Help users understand their health conditions and body anatomy basics

• Provide support and follow-up to ensure proper product usage

• Build positive relationships with customers

Eligibility

• BSc (Life Sciences / Biology / Anatomy / Physiology / Nursing)
  OR

• Diploma in Healthcare / Medical / Allied Health Sciences

Freshers can apply.

Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license

• Willing to travel locally for customer visits

• Good communication skills in English and local language

Local language preference:

• Kannada – Bengaluru / Belgaum

• Marathi / Hindi – Mumbai

Skills
