The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating training programs to help individuals or teams improve their performance. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹50000 and a chance to support professional growth in others.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver training sessions based on organizational/client needs
Create and update training material
Monitor trainee performance and provide feedback
