Commercial vehicle Trainer

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom, practical, and on-the-job training for technicians and service personnel on EV bus maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

• Train staff on HV batteries, BMS, VCU, motor controllers, charging systems, electrical systems, and regenerative braking.

• Provide training on preventive maintenance, breakdown diagnosis, repair procedures, and EV/HV safety protocols.

• Train technicians in diagnostic tools, scan tools, OEM software, and service manuals.

• Conduct skill assessments, refresher training, and maintain training records and reports.

• Coordinate with OEM, service, and depot teams to improve technician competency and reduce repeat failures.

Education: ITI / Diploma / Degree in Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related fields.

Experience: 3–4 years in automobile/EV service, maintenance, or technical support. Experience with electric buses or commercial EVs is preferred. Technical Trainer or Master Technician experience is an advantage.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of EV systems, electrical diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

• Understanding of HV safety procedures and preventive maintenance.

• Good communication, presentation, and training skills.

• Basic MS Office knowledge.
