Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented candidates for the Loan Sales Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, explaining loan products, generating leads, and assisting customers throughout the loan application process.
Roles & Responsibilities
Contact potential customers through calls.
Explain loan products and services to customers.
Generate and follow up on leads.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing.
Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good communication skills in English and regional languages preferred.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
