Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Travel Sales Executive who will be responsible for handling company-provided leads and converting them into confirmed bookings. The candidate should have good knowledge of travel destinations, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand customer requirements and offer suitable travel packages.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound travel leads provided by the company via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
Prepare and share customized itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
Follow up regularly with leads to ensure lead closure and booking confirmation.
Provide accurate information about destinations, hotels, sightseeing, and travel plans.
Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
Coordinate with the operations team for bookings and customer requirements.
Maintain proper records of leads and bookings in CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Upsell additional services such as sightseeing, hotel upgrades, and add-ons.

Qualification
Graduate in any stream (preferred)
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
Prior experience in Travel Sales will be an added advantage
Experience
2–5 years in Travel Sales / Customer Sales
Freshers with good destination knowledge are welcome
