Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Travel Sales Executive who can convert travel inquiries into bookings and deliver an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for travel.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming travel inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, Instagram & website
Convert leads into confirmed bookings
Explain travel packages (group tours, honeymoon, customized trips)
Build and maintain relationships with clients
Follow up with leads and close sales
Coordinate with operations team for smooth execution
Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills
Good communication & convincing skills
Basic knowledge of travel destinations (Manali, Kasol, Rishikesh, etc.)
Sales-oriented mindset
Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory)
Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate (any field)
Prior experience in travel sales is a plus
