Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end travel sales and customer inquiries.
Understand client travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic/international travel packages.
Book flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, and other travel services.
Prepare customized travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budget.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with vendors and travel partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
Resolve customer queries and ensure a seamless travel experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills
0–4 years of relevant experience in Travel Sales or Travel Agency.
Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations and packages.
Experience in flight, hotel, and holiday package bookings.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Target-driven with the ability to work independently.
Proficient in MS Office and travel booking systems.
