Position: Travel Sales Executive – B2B Sales
We are looking for a result-oriented Counter Sales Executive for our B2B travel business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with travel agents, driving sales growth through the agent network, and strengthening brand visibility in the assigned region.
This role is focused entirely on B2B sales through travel agents, ensuring strong agent engagement, repeat business, and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing travel agents
• Identify and onboard new travel agents in the assigned market
• Conduct regular calls, follow-ups, and in-person meetings with agents
• Promote company travel products, packages, ticketing, and services to agent partners
• Drive sales growth through the travel agent network
• Support agents with quotations, bookings, pricing, and service-related queries
• Ensure timely follow-up on agent leads and pending business opportunities
• Increase regional brand visibility through strong agent engagement and market presence
• Collect market feedback, competitor activity, and agent requirements to improve business performance
