We are looking for a driven Travel Sales Executive (B2C) to handle inbound & outbound calls, convert leads, and guide customers in choosing the perfect travel packages. Key Responsibilities

📞 Lead Handling & Conversion

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.

• Convert warm leads into confirmed bookings.

• Explain trip itineraries, inclusions, pricing, and customization options clearly.

• Maintain a high conversion ratio through strong communication & rapport-building.

👥 Customer Relationship Management

• Understand customer needs, preferences, and budget to suggest suitable travel packages.

• Maintain relationships with past customers for repeat business and referrals.

• Address queries, concerns, and objections professionally.

🗂️ Operations Coordination

• Coordinate with the operations team to confirm bookings and share customer details.

• Ensure smooth pre-trip communication with customers.

• Update CRM regularly with call notes, lead stages, and closure status.

🎯 Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.

• Work on strategies to improve conversion and revenue performance.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in telesales or travel sales (preferred).

• Strong communication, negotiation & closing skills.

• Ability to explain travel itineraries and packages in a clear, engaging way.

• Basic knowledge of popular destinations (Himachal, Uttarakhand, J&K, Rajasthan etc.).

• Comfortable working with CRM tools and call logs.

• Fluent in Hindi and English.
