Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our MakeMyTrip Franchise Store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel requirements, generating sales, handling enquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Attend walk-in customers and understand their travel requirements.
Sell Domestic & International Tour Packages, Flight Tickets, Hotel Bookings, and Holiday Packages.
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-store visits.
Prepare travel quotations and share suitable travel options with customers.
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant travel products and services.
Maintain customer records and update lead/follow-up status.
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth booking and customer support.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate / Undergraduate with good communication skills.
06 months –3 years of experience in Sales, Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or Customer Service.
Strong sales and customer-handling skills.
Good verbal and written communication.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Ability to follow up with leads and close sales.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations will be an advantage.
