Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Air Ticketing Executive to handle domestic and international air ticketing operations. The role involves reservation management, fare calculation, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and providing excellent customer support while adhering to airline and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings using GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).
Perform ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and date changes as per airline rules.
Calculate fares, taxes, penalties, and service charges accurately.
Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes, special requests, and fare queries.
Assist customers with itinerary planning, seat selection, baggage rules, and special services.
Ensure compliance with airline regulations, IATA norms, and company SOPs.
Handle corporate and retail clients efficiently with timely responses.
Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports related to ticketing transactions.
Resolve customer queries and escalations professionally.
