Travel Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, destination knowledge, and a passion for travel and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning domestic tours

• Provide information on destinations, itineraries, visas, travel insurance, and travel documentation

• Design customized holiday packages based on client preferences and budgets

• Book flights, hotels, transport, and tour activities

• Coordinate with vendors, airlines, and hotels for best pricing and availability

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email

• Achieve sales targets and promote company travel packages

• Maintain accurate client records and booking details

• Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction
