Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries for domestic and religious travel packages.
- Explain travel packages, itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and services to customers.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team for package costing.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales Performance
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service before and after booking.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of travel packages and destinations.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge.
- Previous experience in travel sales will be an advantage.
