Job Description: Tele sales Executive
Location: Kolkata, Kaikhali
Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
Office Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, provide product support, and ensure a smooth customer experience for our software users.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and messages.
• Assist customers with software-related queries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with the technical team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Provide timely updates and support to clients regarding product usage.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-centric approach.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer issues and resolutions.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through lead conversion and upselling.

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months–1 year of experience in customer support (software/IT support preferred).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
• Basic knowledge of computers and software usage.
• Problem-solving attitude with patience and professionalism.
