Job Description:
Web World India is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. This role focuses on digital marketing services, website promotion, and client handling through calls and online communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients for digital marketing and website promotion services
Explain company services such as website development, Google promotion (SEO/Ads), and online marketing solutions
Handle product/service explanations clearly and confidently
Conduct online demos and presentations for clients
Close deals online through calls, chats, or virtual meetings
Maintain and update customer data accurately in the system
Verify data, correct errors, and ensure proper record management
Organize digital records for easy access and reporting
Generate reports and share updates with internal teams
Maintain complete confidentiality of client data
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 6 months to 2 years (Telesales / Sales / Marketing preferred)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and websites (preferred)
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets
Comfortable with 6 days working (Day Shift)
