Key Responsibilities
Handle and respond to IndiaMART enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service information.
Make regular follow-up calls with new and existing customers to generate sales.
Qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, location, purchase quantity, and buying intent.
Prepare and share quotations, proforma invoices, product details, and other required documents.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead allocation, customer requirements, pricing, and order status.
Maintain accurate records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
Update customer and lead information regularly in IndiaMART CRM / CRM software / Excel.
Track pending enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups until closure.
Coordinate with the dispatch, purchase, accounts, and operations teams for order processing and delivery updates.
Maintain good relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Follow up on outstanding payments when required and coordinate with the accounts team.
Prepare daily/weekly sales and lead reports for management.
Monitor IndiaMART lead performance and ensure that enquiries are attended to promptly.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.
