Working Days: 6 Days a Week

 Job Role

 Telesales Agent

Connect with customers over calls and explain loan products.

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Build and maintain customer relationships.

Achieve sales targets and maintain call quality.

 Tele Collections Executive

Follow up with customers regarding loan repayments.

Handle collection calls professionally and courteously.

Resolve customer queries related to payments and dues.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Experience: 6 Months to 5 Years

Age: 18 to 30 Years

Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

Candidates should be proficient in:

English

Hindi

Kannada

Telugu

 Salary Package

Telesales / Collections Executive

6 Months to 1 Year Experience: ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month

2+ Years Experience: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
