Job Title: Urgent Hiring: Female Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive (Day Shift)
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers Welcome)
Job Type: Full-time (Office-based / Day Shift Only)
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Female Telecallers to join our growing Weight Loss and Wellness brand. Your main role will be to connect with customers who have reached out to us on WhatsApp, understand their weight loss goals, and guide them to choose our health programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Call the interested leads received through our social media/WhatsApp ads.
* Explain our weight loss programs, diet plans, and products to female clients in simple Hindi.
* Understand client requirements patiently and convince them to enroll.
* Maintain a daily record of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
* Meet daily and monthly sales targets to earn high incentives.
Requirements:
* Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
* Freshers are highly welcome (Prior calling or sales experience is a plus).
* Excellent Hindi communication skills (Fluent and polite speaking).
* Basic smartphone and WhatsApp knowledge.
* Serious, target-oriented, and ready to learn.
