FlyTalk Academy is looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller – Telesales Executive to join our admissions team. The role involves connecting with potential students, explaining course details, generating leads, and converting inquiries into admissions. Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain aviation, hospitality, and other academy courses.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, social media, and walk-ins.
Counsel students and guide them through the admission process.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly admission targets.
Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
Handle inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Schedule walk-ins and ensure follow-up until admission is completed.
Coordinate with the counsellor and sales team for smooth admissions.
Represent the academy with professionalism and maintain a positive brand image.
Minimum HSC Pass; Graduation preferred.
6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales / telecalling / customer service (preferred).
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM entry).
Must be open to a 6-day working shift.
