Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Follow up with prospects to close sales and build long-term relationships.
Address customer queries and resolve objections professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and customer service teams for policy issuance and post-sales support.
