Key Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets
Design and sell customized tour packages (domestic and international)
Book flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other travel services
Provide accurate information on destinations, visas, travel insurance, and local regulations
Prepare and present detailed travel itineraries and cost estimates
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally
Manage bookings, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and vendors
Ensure all travel documents are completed and delivered on time
Resolve customer issues and handle post-travel feedback
Meet sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth
