Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound sales inquiries
Promote and sell company products/services over the phone
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM systems
Follow up on leads and maintain long-term customer relationships
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively
Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required
