Handle inbound and outbound telecalling for property inquiries.
Post and manage property listings on real estate portals.
Search and update property details as per client requirements.
Coordinate with property owners and clients for site visits and meetings.
Maintain customer database and follow-up records.
Provide back office support to the sales team.
Maintain daily call and lead reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate telecalling or back office preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge and portal handling experience preferred.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow-ups.
