Make outbound and inbound calls to customers to promote and sell products
Handle B2C and B2B sales inquiries effectively
Maintain and update customer data in CRM software
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and orders
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of telesales and customer handling
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
