Job Description:
We are seeking a confident and proactive Female Telesales Executive to join our IT sales team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting software products and services, generating leads, and converting inquiries into business opportunities through outbound calling and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and explain IT/software solutions.
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate products/services.
Follow up on leads, schedule demos, and support the sales team in closing deals.
Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.
Handle basic customer queries and route complex issues to the appropriate team.
Meet daily/weekly call
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of experience in telesales or customer service (IT/software domain preferred).
Excellent communication skills in any one of the South Language English, Hindi or Marathi
Confident, well-spoken, and persuasive with a positive attitude.
Basic understanding of software and IT products is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
