Telesales Executive – Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads from government and private tenders
Work on the GeM portal to pitch products/services to government clients
Make outbound calls to clients regarding tender participation
Explain offerings as per tender requirements
Follow up with clients for documents, approvals, and confirmations
Coordinate with tender and sales teams for bid preparation
Maintain CRM records, call logs, and tender status updates
Support pre-bid and post-bid activities
Achieve sales and tender participation targets
