We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our B2B sales team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, promoting products/services, generating leads, and closing sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing B2B clients to generate new business opportunities.

2. Explain company products/services, understand client requirements, and provide suitable solutions.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and maintain consistent follow-ups.

5. Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client interactions in the CRM system.

6. Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead nurturing and campaign updates.

7. Handle client queries and objections professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales (preferred).

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

3. Strong persuasive and problem-solving abilities.

4. Proficiency in using CRM tools and online communication platforms.

5. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.

6. Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
