Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospective and existing customers via telephone to promote company products and services
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system
Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Prior tele sales or customer handling experience will be an advantage
