As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential customers through phone calls, explain insurance products, handle customer queries, and provide suitable insurance solutions. You will play a key role in building customer relationships, understanding their insurance needs, and achieving sales targets.

✔ Develop strong knowledge of insurance products and services
✔ Connect with customers and explain policy benefits effectively
✔ Handle customer queries and guide them through the purchase process
✔ Achieve sales targets through effective communication and persuasion
✔ Maintain customer relationships and provide support when required
✔ Ensure proper documentation and accurate records of sales activities
✔ Follow IRDAI guidelines and company compliance standards
✔ Provide regular sales reports and updates to management
🎓 Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
✅ Experience in telesales preferred (Insurance sector preferred)
✅ Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
✅ Knowledge of CRM tools and insurance products is an advantage
