Role Overview
We are looking for a Tele-Sales Executive to convert inbound digital leads into confirmed sales for Somany Ceramics’ tiles, sanitaryware, and bath products. The role involves contacting leads received from multiple online platforms (website, ads, marketplaces, WhatsApp, social media, etc.), understanding customer requirements, and closing orders or scheduling showroom visits.
This is a target-driven role ideal for candidates with strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and qualify inbound digital leads from platforms like website forms, Facebook/Instagram ads, Google ads, WhatsApp, and partner portals.
Understand customer requirements (tiles, bathroom fittings, project size, budget, location).
Pitch Somany products and guide customers to the right collection.
Convert leads into confirmed orders or showroom visits.
Share quotations, product details, catalogs, and pricing via call/WhatsApp/email.
Maintain regular follow-ups with warm and hot leads.
Coordinate with dealers, showrooms, and logistics teams for order closure.
Update CRM with call notes, lead status, and sales progress.
Achieve weekly/monthly conversion and revenue targets.
Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in tele-sales / inside sales / digital sales
Excellent communication skills in Hindi + English (regional language is a plus)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp selling, and CRM tools
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of tiles/sanitaryware is a plus (training will be provided)
