Job Title: Telecaller – NGO

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential donors, volunteers, and supporters.

• Explain the NGO’s mission, ongoing projects, and impact clearly and convincingly.

• Generate donations, memberships, or participation through phone conversations.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, donor information, and feedback.

• Follow up with interested individuals and build long-term relationships.

• Handle inbound queries professionally and provide relevant information.

• Meet daily/weekly calling and fundraising targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or fundraising is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills

• Persuasive and confident speaking ability.

• Basic computer knowledge

• Strong listening skills and a positive attitude.
