Telesales

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain motor insurance products, policy features, and benefits.

• Follow up on insurance renewal reminders and pending leads.

• Generate and qualify sales leads.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.

• Address customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.

• Coordinate with the sales and underwriting teams for policy issuance.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, insurance, or customer service is an advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

• Proficiency in Hindi and English (additional regional languages are a plus).

Skills Required

Experience

• Fresher or 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or insurance sales.
