Roles and Responsibility :-
• Call existing members to introduce and pitch premium membership plans
• Hit daily targets on talk time, number of calls, and revenue
• Build rapport and trust with members to encourage repeat business
• Track conversions and ensure top-notch follow-ups
• Participate in regular performance reviews and upskilling sessions
What we look in a candidate :-
• 6 months+ experience in telesales, outbound calling, or direct sales
• Clear communication skills in English and any one or more Indian languages
• Confident, articulate speech with natural clarity
• Smart selling approach – consultative, persuasive & always customer-first
• Resilience & ownership – you take targets seriously and success personally
