We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and close sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to meet sales targets.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally

• Explain products/services clearly and confidently

• Generate leads and convert them into sales

• Maintain customer database and call records

• Follow up with interested prospects

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns

• Coordinate with the sales team when required

🎯 Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)

• Strong convincing and negotiation ability

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

• Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset

• Ability to handle rejection and pressure

🎓 Qualifications

• Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

• Experience in telesales or customer service is a plus
