We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell our 2-wheeler vehicles over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining product features, handling customer queries, and converting inquiries into sales appointments or bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote 2-wheeler products.
Handle inbound inquiries regarding vehicle models, pricing, finance options, and offers.
Explain product features, specifications, EMI schemes, exchange offers, and benefits.
Generate and qualify leads from provided databases and marketing campaigns.
Schedule showroom visits and test rides for prospective customers.
Follow up regularly with interested customers to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales status in CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Coordinate with showroom sales team and finance department for smooth deal closure.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
