With a high-velocity sales operation and a rapidly expanding product catalogue, we are building a sharp Inside Sales team to drive customer acquisition, order closures, and upsells over the phone.
Role Overview
As a Telecalling Sales Executive at seekhobecho, you will connect with potential buyers, follow up on inquiries, and convert leads into confirmed orders. You will be a key driver of our direct sales revenue — articulating product value, resolving hesitations, and ensuring every customer interaction leaves a positive impression of our brand
Key Responsibilities
Make 80–100 outbound calls daily to warm and cold leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Understand prospects' educational background, career goals, and learning requirements.
Pitch Seekhobecho's plans clearly and persuasively, addressing queries and objections confidently.
Follow up consistently with interested leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email to move them through the sales funnel.
Achieve and exceed monthly enrolment targets and revenue goals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the academic counselling team for smooth post-enrolment handover.
Participate in daily team huddles, weekly reviews and ongoing sales training sessions.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (BA, B.Com, BBA, BSc, or equivalent).
1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales or customer service
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English — clear, confident, and persuasive.
Ability to handle rejection gracefully and stay motivated in a target-driven environment.
Basic computer proficiency — MS Office, WhatsApp Business, email.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in Ecommerce, D2C, retail, or product sales telecalling.
Familiarity with CRM tools or order management systems
Knowledge of online shopping platforms (Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify).
Ability to build quick rapport with customers and identify purchase intent.
