We are looking for a PART TIME - WORK FROM HOME -Telesales to join our team at Renuka Devi Food Products Private Limited. This role requires spoken Tamil and Kannada, involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. 1. Sales & Revenue Generation

• Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls to promote frozen food products

• Convert leads into confirmed orders (retailers, distributors, hotels, restaurants, or end consumers)

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and call quotas

2. Product Knowledge

• Maintain strong knowledge of frozen food items (veg/non-veg, ready-to-eat, snacks, desserts, etc.)

• Explain product features such as shelf life, storage temperature, packaging sizes, and cooking methods

• Suggest suitable products based on customer needs and order history

3. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

• Handle customer queries regarding pricing, availability, delivery schedules, and promotions

• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders

4. Order Processing & Coordination

• Accurately record orders in the system/CRM

• Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams for timely dispatch

• Inform customers about delivery timelines and cold-chain requirements

5. Cold Chain & Compliance Awareness

• Ensure customers understand proper frozen storage and handling guidelines

• Communicate company policies related to returns, damages, and temperature compliance

6. Promotions & Upselling

• Inform customers about ongoing offers, schemes, and new product launches

• Upsell and cross-sell complementary frozen products

• Encourage bulk or repeat purchases where applicable

7. Data & Reporting

• Maintain call records, sales reports, and customer feedback

• Update customer databases with accurate contact and order details

• Share market feedback (pricing, competitor activity, demand trends) with the sales team

8. Customer Support & Issue Resolution

• Address complaints related to quality, delivery delays, or shortages

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly

• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 3 - 6+ years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
