Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Unlimited Performance Incentives (₹50,000+ per month)

What You'll Do

• Generate and close loan sales over calls.

• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful disbursements.

• Build strong relationships with customers through exceptional service.

• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing.

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer information with complete confidentiality.

Who We're Looking For

• 12th Pass or above.

• 1–5 years of experience in telesales, banking, finance, insurance, or customer sales.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills.

• Strong work ethic and self-discipline.

• Someone who believes in performance over excuses.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000

• Monthly Incentives: ₹50,000+ (Top performers earn even more)
