Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive who can connect with potential customers over the phone, explain our products or services, generate leads, and convert prospects into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales.

• Explain company products and services to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain customer details and call records in the system.

• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.

• Ability to handle customer objections and follow up effectively.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.

• Hindi communication is required; English communication is an added advantage.
